Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have or obtain state-mandated beverage service certificate in applicable states
- One to three months related experience or training
- Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings and weekends
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Legal age to serve alcohol in the respective state

Job Duties
- Greet customers within 30 seconds with a warm, friendly greeting
- Make specific food and beverage suggestions for all courses
- Prepare drink recipes following all recipes and proper procedures
- Conduct wine service
- Ensure a memorable dining experience by providing attentive and friendly service
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Collaborate with the team to deliver excellent guest service
