Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Knowledge of bar terminology and drink recipes
- Ability to serve multiple guests efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to use POS systems to ring orders and handle payments
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and comply with health and safety standards
- Ability to check identification and refuse service to underage guests
- Ability to handle stressful and fast-paced work environments
- Professional appearance and good personal hygiene
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Qualifications
- Experience in bartending or related role
- Knowledge of common drink recipes and bar terminology
- Ability to build drinks correctly and serve draft beer
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate POS systems
- Understanding of alcohol safety and responsibility
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic beverages as per company spec recipes
- Sell and serve food and beverages to guests
- Maintain an outgoing and positive personality at all times
- Have complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage menu
- Serve entire bar and bar tables while meeting Best in Class standards
- Consistently upsell alcohol and food items
- Use computer to ring orders and accept various payment types
- Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
- Maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the bar area
- Correctly check identification to ensure guests are 21 or older
- Refuse service politely to underage guests
- Observe guest behavior and inform management if necessary
- Ensure complete guest satisfaction and strive to exceed expectations
- Report to work in neat and clean uniform
- Communicate with managers about any unhappy guests
- Take and fill to-go orders while checking for accuracy
