Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Knowledge of basic drink recipes and bar operations
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must have good personal hygiene and appearance
- Ability to handle cash and operate POS system
- Willingness to follow company policies and procedures
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Have thorough working knowledge of bartending including bar terminology and essential drink recipes
- Understand how to correctly build drinks, suggest wines, and pour draft beer
- Maintain an outgoing and positive personality at all times
- Have complete knowledge of the restaurant's food and beverage menu
- Serve the bar and bar tables while meeting or exceeding the company's best in class standards
- Consistently upsell alcohol and food items
- Use a computer to ring orders
- Interact with guests in a friendly and fast manner
- Accept different types of payment and make change
- Maintain cleanliness and smooth operation of the bar area
- Clear and reset bar and bar tables quickly
- Check identification to ensure guests are at least 21 years old
- Refuse service politely to guests not of legal age
- Observe guest behavior when consuming alcoholic beverages and inform management if necessary
- Treat all guests to ensure complete satisfaction and exceed expectations
- Report to work in neat and clean uniform with well-groomed hair and personal hygiene
- Communicate with managers about any unhappy guests
- Take and fill to-go orders and check for accuracy
