Job Requirements
- Be at least 21 years of age
- obtain I.P.S certification within 3 months of employment
- have 1 to 3 years of bartending experience
- ability to make and serve beverages and food
- ability to negotiate with patrons regarding excess consumption
- able to lift 20 pound boxes
- able to stand for an 8-hour shift
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- proficient in point-of-sale systems
- capable of managing larger groups for special events
- completed tips and food handlers training
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Make both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
- set up the bar area
- serve food and drinks
- clean and maintain the bar area
- reconcile sales and manage point-of-sale transactions
- handle guest checks, credit card receipts, and resident checks
- provide excellent customer service
