Job Requirements

  • Be at least 21 years of age
  • obtain I.P.S certification within 3 months of employment
  • have 1 to 3 years of bartending experience
  • ability to make and serve beverages and food
  • ability to negotiate with patrons regarding excess consumption
  • able to lift 20 pound boxes
  • able to stand for an 8-hour shift
  • strong customer service and interpersonal skills
  • proficient in point-of-sale systems
  • capable of managing larger groups for special events
  • completed tips and food handlers training

Job Qualifications

  • Be at least 21 years of age

  • point-of-sale literacy
  • ability to manage larger groups for special events

Job Duties

  • Make both alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks
  • set up the bar area
  • serve food and drinks
  • clean and maintain the bar area
  • reconcile sales and manage point-of-sale transactions
  • handle guest checks, credit card receipts, and resident checks
  • provide excellent customer service
