Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a bartender in a luxury or upscale environment
- Knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation
- Ability to work AM, PM, and weekend shifts
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Physical stamina to lift moderate weights and stand for long periods
- Compliance with sanitation and safety standards
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience in upscale or luxury hospitality settings preferred
- Deep knowledge of cocktails and mixology beyond basic drink preparation
- Familiarity with current bar equipment and beverage trends
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills

- Understanding of state and local alcohol service regulations
- Physical stamina to handle the demands of bartending
Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages including cocktails, beers, and wines
- Provide exceptional guest service with an emphasis on personalized and intimate experiences
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area adhering to sanitation standards
- Stay informed and comply with all state and local alcohol service laws and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members to execute upscale beverage programming and menu curation
- Operate bar equipment proficiently and ensure all tools are well-maintained
- Communicate effectively with guests and staff to enhance overall service quality
