Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be 21 years or older
  • Prior experience in bartending or mixology preferred
  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to handle fast-paced and high-pressure situations

Job Qualifications

  • Previous bartending experience preferred
  • Knowledge of spirits, wines, and mixology
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and transactions
  • Team player with a positive attitude
  • Flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Craft and serve cocktails and beverages
  • Provide fast, friendly, and engaging service to guests
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • Collaborate with front-of-house team to ensure excellent guest experiences
  • Manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Operate multiple bar stations and adapt to high-volume service
  • Uphold professional demeanor and presentation at all times
