Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two years bartending or related beverage service experience
- Strong knowledge of wine, spirits, and mixed drink preparation techniques
- Ability to accurately process cash and credit card transactions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Professional demeanor, attention to detail, and a commitment to guest service excellence
- Ability to multitask and maintain composure in a fast-paced environment
- Authorization to work in the United States is required for this role

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve a wide selection of wines, spirits, and mixed drinks according to established recipes and Four Seasons standards
- Confirm guest orders, including special requests, and verify completed orders with the guest’s original request using the point-of-sale system
- Service and take orders from guests seated at the bar, providing engaging and knowledgeable descriptions of each item, including origin, taste, and preparation methods
- Maintain a working knowledge of liquors, wines, ports, Armagnacs, eau de vies, cognacs, and specialty beverages
- Anticipate guest needs, monitor satisfaction, make suggestions, and respond promptly to guest concerns or requests
- Accurately close guest checks, process cash and credit card payments, and manage voided checks or complimentary items appropriately
- Collaborate professionally with co-workers and supervisors to maintain smooth bar operations
- Comply with all Four Seasons Category One and Category Two Work Rules and Standards of Conduct as outlined in EmPact
- Assist with bar inventory, food service in the bar area, and preparation of beverage garnishes as needed
