Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- bartending training and certification
- TIPS certification
- minimum six months bartending experience
- ability to lift and carry 20 to 40 lbs
- ability to push carts and portable bars weighing up to 100 lbs
- ability to bend, kneel and maneuver in narrow spaces
- ability to stand continuously for extended periods
- ability to climb steps
- ability to follow verbal and written instructions in English
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
Job Qualifications
- Bartending training and certification

- ability to use tact and understanding in customer service situations
- ability to accurately count cash and operate cash register
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls as prescribed by company standards
- perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- maintaining a commitment to guest satisfaction
- ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by company policies and procedures
- complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- know and comply with state liquor laws
- ensure established pars are maintained
- perform all sidework duties according to sidework schedules
