Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED certificate preferred
- Must be at least 18 years of age (21 years of age in OK, VA and NC)
- Food handler and state alcohol certificate required
- Previous high volume bartending experience preferred
- Availability to work during holidays, nights, and weekends with increased hours during peak times
- Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, walking, climbing stairs
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds at times
- Must be able to work in an environment with loud noise, flashing lights and repetitive motions

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with company recipes and standards
- Greet guests warmly, take beverage orders, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences
- Keep the bar area clean and organized, including washing glassware, cleaning up spills, and disposing of trash
- Monitor bar inventory levels and communicate shortages to the Bar Manager
- Assist with restocking and organizing supplies as needed
- Accurately process cash and credit card transactions using the point-of-sale system
- Ensure proper change and receipts are given
- Adhere to all state and local laws regarding the sale and service of alcohol
- Verify the age of customers to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- Work effectively with other team members, including servers and kitchen staff, to ensure smooth operations and a cohesive guest experience
- Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally
- Escalate issues to management when necessary
- Assist with the set-up and execution of private events and special promotions as needed
- Stay informed about new beverage trends and techniques to continually improve bartending skills
- Perform other related duties as necessary or assigned
