- prior experience in hotel or hospitality preferred
- ability to obtain state alcohol certification
- ability to obtain state food handlers certification

Job Duties
- serve beverages and food accurately and consistently to guests in a friendly and timely manner
- prepare beverages accurately and consistently for other servers
- act as cashier for the outlet and service staff as needed
- maintain high level of guest satisfaction
- coordinate with all hotel departments to support groups, events, and food and beverage service
- help maintain existing business relationships
- ensure compliance with all health and safety standards
