Job Requirements
- At least 2 years of bartending experience
- Completed an approved California Responsible Beverage Service Training Program
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays and high-demand shifts

Job Duties
- Take orders, prepare drinks, bus tables, manage multiple tabs, and process payments
- Execute opening and closing duties such as restocking the bar with garnishes, straws, and napkins
- Ensure the bar is well-stocked with ice, liquor, wine, and beer
- Check taps and appliances to confirm that they are working properly, making minor repairs or changing out kegs if needed
- Keep the bar clean by wiping down surfaces, sweeping and mopping, removing soiled glassware, scrubbing coolers and storage areas, and emptying trash receptacles
- Know all drink recipes including garnish, glassware to be used and specific service, consistently using these recipes during production
- Know all spirited beverages, beers, and wines by the glass, on tap, and by the bottle
- Remain aware of all local liquor laws as well as company and departmental policies regarding consumption of alcoholic beverages
- Assist restaurant managers with end of month inventory and day to day inventory control, alerting management to any problems with stocking, storage, and delivery of product
- Maintain a positive work atmosphere by acting and communicating in a manner that enables getting along with guests, vendors, co-workers and management
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Perform additional duties as requested by your Manager
