- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Prior bartender experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Excellent communication and multitasking skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and presentation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability for Thursday through Sunday shifts

- Prior experience as a bartender is preferred
- Extensive knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits, with a passion for mixology

- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure and professionalism
- Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
Job Duties
- Acknowledge bar guests within 30 seconds of their arrival, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere
- Serve all bar guests according to the beverage menu, showcasing expert knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and other offerings
- Accurately and promptly fill cocktail orders for the dining room, ensuring all servers receive their drinks in a timely manner
- Follow the steps of service meticulously to provide each guest with consistent, high-quality service
- Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, seamless service throughout their visit
- Engage with guests to create memorable experiences that reflect 30hop's polished yet energetic atmosphere
- Maintain the bar as a central feature of the restaurant, ensuring it is clean, organized, and fully stocked at all times
- Complete opening, running, and closing sidework to ensure the bar area is always ready for service and up to 30hop standards
- Process and deliver beverage orders accurately, even when working with servers to fulfill dining room requests
- Present and process guest checks efficiently, ensuring accurate payments and offering friendly, professional farewells
- Ensure cleanliness of all bar tools, glassware, and equipment, adhering to health and safety standards
