Job Requirements
- must be able to push, pull and lift up to 25 pounds
- frequently required to sit, stand, walk, talk and hear
- frequently required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls
- position may require reaching with hands and arms
- ability to communicate, both verbally and written, effectively with guests, vendors and co-workers
- must read, write and speak the English language fluently
- knowledge of Spanish helpful
- strong Microsoft Office skills
- employee must occasionally lift and/or move more than 100 pounds

Job Duties
- Accurate, efficient mixing of beverages according to park recipes and portion control
- maintenance of customer satisfaction
- reading and abiding by park beverage manual
- take inventory of beer, liquor bottles, and wine and record on proper sheets
- receive and carefully check Daily Requisition from Storeroom
- prepare juices and garnish items as needed
- mix beverages for guest or wait staff, utilizing beverage control systems as specified in Beverage Manual
- abide by Park and Forbes service standards
- complete required paperwork at end of shift
- leave work area clean at end of shift
- at end of shift, inventory beer, bottled mineral water, and wine and record on proper sheets, attach duplicates to proper inventory sheets
- at closing, secure all liquor and bar supplies and make a storeroom requisition
- turn keys over to relief bartender, Manager on duty, or Security
- other duties and responsibilities may be assigned
- the employee is expected to work in other areas of the park when needed to assist operations
