Job Requirements
- Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
- Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
- Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
- Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of drink recipes and bar safety protocols
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Team player with attention to detail
Job Duties
- Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
- Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
- Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
- Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
- Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
- Ensure the guest is well-served, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
- Deliver and settle the check timely, thank guests, and invite them to return
- Follow all food safety rules
