Job Requirements

  • Must meet minimum age requirement and be authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to bend, reach, stoop, and safely lift up to 30 pounds
  • Capacity to stand for an 8 to 12-hour shift
  • Ability to work as part of a team with attention to detail and multitasking abilities

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of drink recipes and bar safety protocols
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Team player with attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Welcome guests and greet them with a smile when seated
  • Prepare the bar including pour stations and glassware before opening and perform limited restocking of drinks, mixes, and garnishes as needed
  • Suggest beverage, appetizer, and dessert sales
  • Prepare all drinks according to standard using recipe, glassware, and garnish
  • Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them correctly into the POS system
  • Ensure the guest is well-served, offer drink refills and remove any unused items
  • Deliver and settle the check timely, thank guests, and invite them to return
  • Follow all food safety rules
