Job Duties
- greet guests promptly and courteously at the bar or service area
- mix, garnish, and serve drinks accurately and efficiently according to recipes or guest preferences
- maintain full knowledge of the bar menu, drink specials, wine lists, and featured cocktails
- engage with guests, answer questions, and make drink and food recommendations
- check guest identification to ensure compliance with legal drinking age requirements
- handle cash, credit cards, and pos transactions accurately
- keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and supplies
