Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a bartender in upscale or fine dining restaurants
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Must maintain professional appearance and grooming standards
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Willingness to pursue ongoing education in beverages and cocktails
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in upscale or fine dining environments
- Skilled in making craft cocktails in an elevated service setting
- Detail-oriented with a focus on flawless guest experiences
- Independent and resourceful work ethic
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Interest in wine and spirit education preferred
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
Job Duties
- Mixing and serving craft cocktails to members and guests
- Guiding members through the cocktail, wine, and beverage menu
- Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
- Ensuring a flawless and elevated guest experience
- Collaborating with the team and being receptive to feedback
- Upholding professional grooming and appearance standards
