Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in beverage or food service preferred
- Ability to greet and serve guests courteously
- Competence in cash handling and point-of-sale operation

- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Serve beverages andor food to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction
- Prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests and act as cashier for the lounge
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner promote and document orders for drinks
- Mix garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practice prudent portion control
- Maintain proper and adequate setup of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking all supplies based on projections
- Maintain stock cutting and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes juices and perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Receive cash from guests make change verify charges record charges and ensure vouchers are executed to balance all monies
- Lock up and store beverages food and equipment deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Answer bar phone promptly take room service orders input orders into register and create checks for guests and personnel
- Perform general cleaning tasks to adhere to health standards as assigned by supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Follow safety and security procedures and rules
- Know department fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Utilize protective equipment
- Report unsafe conditions accidents injuries property damage or loss to supervisor
- Provide safe work environment by following safety and security procedures and rules
- Maintain neat clean and well-groomed appearance as outlined in team member handbook
- Perform related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
- Assist other beverage personnel when needed
