Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum six months experience in beverage or food service preferred
- ability to mix and serve drinks accurately
- excellent customer service skills
- basic cash handling experience
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good verbal communication skills
- must adhere to company appearance and hygiene standards
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- prepare beverages for other servers
- act as cashier for the lounge
- greet guests and promote drink orders
- mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes
- maintain bar setup including stocking beer, wine, spirits, and supplies
- maintain stock, cut and store fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes
- receive and process cash payments, verify charges and record them
- lock and secure beverages, food, equipment and cash deposits
- answer bar phone and take room service orders
- input orders into POS and maintain beverage accountability
- perform general cleaning tasks
- adhere to company policies and safety procedures
- know fire prevention and emergency protocols
- utilize protective equipment
- report unsafe conditions and incidents
- maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- perform related duties as requested
- assist other beverage personnel as needed
