Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in food and beverage service preferred
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays

- Excellent customer service skills

- Knowledge of beverage recipes and portion control
- Proficiency in using point of sale systems

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- Prepare beverages for other servers
- Act as cashier for the lounge
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner
- Promote and document orders for drinks
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard recipes and portion control
- Maintain proper and adequate bar setup daily
- Requisition and stock beer, wine, spirits, paper products, straws, stirrers, condiments and produce
- Maintain stock, cut and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices and perishables
- Receive cash from guests, make change, verify charges and record transactions
- Lock up and store beverages, food and equipment
- Deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Answer bar phone within three rings
- Take room service orders and input into register
- Perform general cleaning tasks
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Follow safety and security procedures and rules
- Know fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Use protective equipment
- Report unsafe conditions to supervisor
- Report accidents, injuries, near-misses or property loss
- Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance
- Perform related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
- Assist other beverage personnel when needed
