Job Requirements
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- obtain a gaming license
- obtain Oklahoma ABLE permit and local Food Handler's permit
- ability to stand for prolonged periods
- ability to lift and move up to 25 pounds
- willingness to work varying schedules including weekends and holidays
- maintain neat and clean appearance according to uniform standards
- comply with casino policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and payment transactions accurately
- knowledge of beverage mixing and bar equipment
- familiarity with safety and sanitation regulations
- ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Portray a positive attitude under all circumstances
- mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and procedures
- accept cash, credit cards, or complimentary vouchers for payment of items
- maintain bar appearance in a clean and functional manner
- notify team members when assistance is needed
- work effectively with peers, team members, and regulatory personnel
- follow operating procedures, safety, and sanitation regulations
- perform other related duties as assigned including cross training
