Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending or relevant experience preferred
- Certification in responsible alcohol service
- Ability to comply with state and federal alcohol laws
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Must be of legal drinking age
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Commitment to delivering excellent customer service
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of mixology and traditional cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Certification in relevant state and federal alcohol service laws
- Ability to manage bar inventory and payment processing
- Experience working in a fast-paced restaurant or bar environment
- Attention to detail and cleanliness
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Meets standards and ensures proper drink recipes are adhered to
- Ensures established guidelines for ticket presentation are met with each round ordered
- All guest beverages and server tickets are prepared in a timely manner
- Bar top is always organized and clean
- Bar is thoroughly cleaned and stocked at the completion of each shift
- Certified in all applicable state and federal laws and regulations
- Knowledge of mixology for traditional and creative cocktails
- Impeccable customer service and social perceptiveness
- Ability to evaluate customer satisfaction and responsiveness
- Ability to enforce company policies regarding the consumption of alcohol
- Accountability in maintaining inventory and processing payments
