Job Duties
- perform functions of catering wait staff and bartender for service of cocktails and meals to catered events i.e. set tables, make cocktails, serve clients, side work, post event breakdown and clean up, and resetting of dining area
- maintain and monitor equipment inventory china, flatware, glassware, utensils, etc. and recommend replacement or repair as needed
- perform cleaning and sanitation functions
- able to work on call- flexible and ever-changing event schedule, including evenings and weekends
- demonstrate knowledge of superb customer service and etiquette
- able to continually learn and pass on service knowledge to other team members
- must be serv safe alcohol certified for bartending
- proficient at cocktail production with accuracy but have minimal use of written recipes in public
- performs other related duties as assigned
