Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 1 year bartending experience
- legal age to serve alcohol
- strong interpersonal skills
- ability to stand for long periods
- flexibility to work evenings weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- Prior bartending experience is preferred
- knowledge of beverage recipes and cocktail preparation
- excellent customer service skills
- basic math and cash handling skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills
- ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
Job Duties
- Make and create specialty drinks for guests
- function as cashier for beverage outlet and ensure balanced monies
- maintain proper set-up of the bar including maintaining cleanliness of guest areas
- maintain exceptional knowledge of bar recipes preparing cocktails and other drinks including wine and beer
- check identification of guests to verify age requirements for purchase of alcohol
- greet guests in a polite and friendly manner
- perform other duties as assigned
