Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in bartending or similar role preferred
- knowledge of beverage preparation and safety regulations
- strong customer service skills
- ability to stand for extended periods
- good physical stamina and manual dexterity
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
- ability to work as part of a team and independently when required

Job Duties
- have an appreciation for food, quality cocktails, wine and craft beer
- expected to deliver an experience to each guest
- engaging with guests and regulars
- keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized
- coordinate orders to ensure determined service times
- assist other positions when needed
- perform all opening and closing procedures as indicated in the employee development system manual
- implement and follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and/or dining areas
- ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time
