Job Requirements

  • minimum high school diploma or equivalent
  • previous experience in bartending or similar role preferred
  • knowledge of beverage preparation and safety regulations
  • strong customer service skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods
  • good physical stamina and manual dexterity
  • flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays
  • ability to work as part of a team and independently when required

Job Qualifications

  • experience in bar or hospitality services preferred
  • knowledge of craft cocktails, wines and beers
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards

  • flexibility to work various shifts including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • have an appreciation for food, quality cocktails, wine and craft beer
  • expected to deliver an experience to each guest
  • engaging with guests and regulars
  • keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized
  • coordinate orders to ensure determined service times
  • assist other positions when needed
  • perform all opening and closing procedures as indicated in the employee development system manual
  • implement and follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and/or dining areas
  • ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
  • perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time
