Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior bartending experience preferred
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple guests simultaneously
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service policies
- Strong communication skills
- Basic familiarity with menu items and drink recipes
- Ability to operate POS systems efficiently
- Professional and clean personal appearance

Job Duties
- Ensure guest satisfaction for all guests through proper progression of service sequence
- Be fully conversant with a wide array of specialty drinks and cocktails
- Adhere to all pouring standards
- Card all guests, not serve or allow service of alcohol to minors, not serve guests who appear to be intoxicated
- Have the ability to service multiple tables and guests in an efficient manner
- Know all menu item ingredients, be conversant with the cooking techniques of each item, know the correct presentation of each menu item
- Know how to efficiently operate the POS system
- In all guest interactions associate must always be professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly
- Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
- Performs other duties as assigned
