Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Good manual dexterity and coordination
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in bartending or related hospitality role preferred
  • Strong knowledge of beverage and cocktail recipes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  • Familiarity with POS systems
  • Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor
  • Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices

Job Duties

  • Ensure guest satisfaction for all guests through proper progression of service sequence
  • Be fully conversant with a wide array of specialty drinks and cocktails
  • Adhere to all pouring standards
  • Card all guests, not serve or allow service of alcohol to minors, not serve guests who appear to be intoxicated
  • Have the ability to service multiple tables and guests in an efficient manner
  • Know all menu item ingredients, be conversant with the cooking techniques of each item, know the correct presentation of each menu item
  • Know how to efficiently operate the POS system
  • In all guest interactions associate must always be professional, accommodating, helpful and friendly
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, and protect company assets
  • Performs other duties as assigned
