Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
  • strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages
  • ability to multitask and remain calm in a fast-paced environment
  • excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • attention to detail and the ability to maintain a clean and organized work area
  • flexibility in scheduling, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • must be at least 21 years of age and hold a valid bartending license in the state of Florida

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end or upscale restaurant or hospitality setting
  • strong knowledge of cocktails, wines, and other beverages

Job Duties

  • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
  • interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
  • assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
  • mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
  • restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
  • stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
  • comply with all food and beverage regulations
  • maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and club members
