Job Requirements
- Must be 21 years or older
- willing to undergo background check
- fluent and coherent English speaker (bilingual a plus)
- availability to work weekends and holidays
- ability to work day, swing, or graveyard shifts
- able to operate in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism
- reliable and punctual work ethic
Job Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
- basic math skills necessary to run cash register and prepare cash drops
- extremely professional presence and ability to lead by example
- strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests
- ability to read people and situations and react appropriately
- capability to maintain positive guest relations in a busy setting
Job Duties
- Prepare alcoholic or non-alcoholic beverages for patrons
- interact with customers while taking orders
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- ensure compliance with all state and local regulations related to alcohol service
- handle cash register and cash drops accurately
- provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and inquiries
- monitor guest behavior and respond appropriately to maintain a safe environment
