Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in a bar or hospitality environment
  • Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work flexible shifts including nights and weekends
  • Legal age to serve alcohol

  • Experience in bartending or related hospitality role
  • Knowledge of craft cocktails, wine, and beer
  • Ability to engage with guests effectively
  • Strong communication skills
  • Attention to detail in cleanliness and organization
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Have an appreciation for food, quality cocktails, wine and craft beer
  • Expected to deliver an "experience" to each guest
  • Engaging with guests and regulars
  • Keep work area clean, sanitized and organized
  • Coordinate orders to ensure determined service times
  • Assist other positions when needed
  • Perform all opening and closing procedures as indicated in the Employee Development System Manual
  • Implement and follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and/or dining areas
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
  • Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time
