Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum one year experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale bar setting
  • legal age to serve alcohol
  • availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • adherence to hotel dress and grooming standards including uniform wearing, no visible tattoos, no unnatural hair colors, limited piercings, and neatly groomed facial hair
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
  • capacity to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights

Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits preferred
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • basic math and cash-handling skills
  • ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
  • previous bartending experience preferred, training may be provided

Job Duties

  • Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service at the bar
  • prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
  • check customer identification to verify legal drinking age
  • maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
  • take orders accurately and process payments using the POS system
  • monitor guests' alcohol consumption and practice responsible service
  • restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
  • handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
  • follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
