Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- minimum one year experience as a bartender in a fine dining or upscale bar setting
- legal age to serve alcohol
- availability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- adherence to hotel dress and grooming standards including uniform wearing, no visible tattoos, no unnatural hair colors, limited piercings, and neatly groomed facial hair
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to handle cash and operate POS systems
- capacity to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of classic cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits preferred

Job Duties
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service at the bar
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
- check customer identification to verify legal drinking age
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar area
- take orders accurately and process payments using the POS system
- monitor guests' alcohol consumption and practice responsible service
- restock bar supplies and assist with inventory as needed
- handle customer concerns professionally and promptly
- follow all health, safety, and sanitation regulations
- collaborate with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service
