Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in beverage service preferred but not required
- Basic math skills for cashier duties
- Good communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to follow company policies and procedures
- Ability to work varied shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- Commitment to maintaining a professional appearance
- Willingness to perform cleaning and stocking duties
- Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly
Job Qualifications

- Previous experience in beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Knowledge of standard drink recipes and portion control
- Basic cashiering skills and experience handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to follow safety and hygiene protocols
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Job Duties
- Serve beverages and or food to guests in a friendly courteous and timely manner resulting in guest satisfaction
- Prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests and act as cashier for the lounge
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner promote and document drink orders
- Mix garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and practicing prudent portion control
- Maintain proper and adequate set up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking supplies based on function projections
- Maintain stock cutting and storing of fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes juices and other perishables daily to ensure product quality
- Receive cash from guests make change verify validity of charges record charges and ensure vouchers are properly executed to balance all monies
- Lock up and store all beverages food and equipment deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Answer bar phone within three rings take room service orders input orders into register and create checks to maintain accountability of beverages served
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products to adhere to health standards
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Follow safety and security procedures and rules
- Know department fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Utilize protective equipment
- Report unsafe conditions accidents injuries near-misses property damage or loss to supervisor
- Provide a safe work environment by following safety and security procedures
- Maintain a neat clean and well groomed appearance as per team member handbook
- Perform any related duties as requested by supervisor or manager
- Assist other beverage personnel when needed
