Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in bartending or similar role
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, fine wines and craft beers
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to maintain professionalism and composure under pressure
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations and sanitary practices
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in bartending or related role is preferred
- Knowledge of craft cocktails, wines, and beers
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Have an appreciation for food, quality cocktails, wine and craft beer
- Expected to deliver an experience to each guest
- Engaging with guests and regulars
- Keep work area clean, sanitized, and organized
- Coordinate orders to ensure determined service times
- Assist other positions when needed
- Perform all opening and closing procedures as indicated in the Employee Development System Manual
- Implement and follow sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness and maintenance of kitchen and/or dining areas
- Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations
- Perform other related duties, tasks and responsibilities as required from time to time
