- previous bartending experience preferred

Job Duties
- set up the mise en place for the featured cocktails
- ensure bar is stocked up
- inform manager when items run low
- promptly greet guests as they are seated at the bar
- clear bar area after guests leave, take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
- respond immediately and appropriately to guest requests
- communicate with server, host and maitred to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service
- thank guests as they are leaving
- maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and immaculate uniform presentation
- be a team player
- help out fellow staff whenever possible
