Job Requirements

- Ability to legally work in the United States

- Excellent communication skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- Ability to handle cash accurately
- Willingness to learn about craft beer and hospitality
- Compliance with local health department regulations

Job Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of or willingness to learn craft beer
- Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
- Experience handling cash transactions accurately
- Knowledge of health and safety standards for food and beverage service
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
Job Duties
- Educating and assisting guests with food and drinks
- Deliver a consistently high level of customer service
- Maintain a safe and enjoyable environment
- Keep the bar area up to standards in compliance of the local health department
- Maintain an accurate cash drawer throughout the shift
- Mix all drinks based on the serving size outlined in the recipe books
- Develop an efficient work pace that keeps the customers at the bar and in the dining room satisfied
- Responsible for all opening and closing side work as well as ongoing side work
