Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Legal age to serve alcohol
- Ability to follow health and safety regulations
Job Qualifications
- Experience as a bartender or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Proven ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to operate a POS system efficiently
- Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
- Ability to work well in a team environment
Job Duties
- Welcome guests warmly and provide friendly and professional service
- Demonstrate expertise in cocktails, beer, wine, and spirits
- Craft drinks efficiently and consistently while maintaining accurate orders in POS system
- Collaborate closely with servers, barbacks, and kitchen staff to ensure timely food and beverage service
- Engage guests proactively and handle requests or concerns attentively
- Maintain a clean and organized bar area including glassware and garnishes
- Follow closing procedures, process payments accurately and complete end-of-shift tasks
- Stock and set the bar and service wells at the beginning and end of each shift
- Support FOH and BOH teammates for seamless service
- Uphold standards of service, cleanliness, and responsible alcohol service
