Job Requirements

  • at least 3 years of bartending experience
  • high degree of professional integrity
  • ability to work safely effectively and efficiently
  • capacity to work under pressure with attention to detail and accuracy
  • ability to speak English clearly and cordially
  • ability to read and write English to follow written procedures and instructions
  • proficiency in presenting information and responding to questions
  • adherence to all safety rules and reporting injuries immediately
  • physical ability to sit stand walk and use hands dexterously
  • vision abilities including close distance peripheral depth perception and focus adjustment
  • participation in E-Verify program

Job Qualifications

  • minimum of 3 years bartending experience
  • strong knowledge of drink preparation techniques and beverage ingredients
  • excellent customer service and communication skills

Job Duties

  • create and maintain a positive work environment fostering teamwork and professional growth
  • maintain cleanliness of the bar area including disposing of waste cleaning glassware and wiping down surfaces
  • collaborate with management team to plan and execute special events promotions and marketing initiatives
  • monitor drink preparation presentation and service to ensure adherence to quality standards

  • develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of beverages ingredients flavor profiles and preparation techniques
  • engage with guests to ensure a welcoming atmosphere and personalized service
  • craft cocktails according to recipes ensuring correct and high quality products
  • ensure minors and intoxicated persons are not served alcoholic beverages
  • communicate effectively with customers and employees in a positive manner
  • listen attentively to requests and respond appropriately
  • maintain composure and attentiveness during busy periods setting a positive example
  • collaborate with all departments to ensure smooth operations and uphold high standards
  • ensure compliance with health safety regulations and internal policies
  • oversee alcohol safety practices including proper storage handling and preparation
