- must be minimum required age to serve and/or sell alcohol beverages
- food handler certification within 30 days of employment
- alcohol server certification required
- background in restaurants or food service preferred
- must have five-star customer service skills
- excellent communication skills
- good organizational skills
- ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology

Job Duties
- prepare drinks using predetermined preparation standards and recipes
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- provide excellent customer service to all guests
- manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
- comply with all food and alcohol safety regulations
- handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- work flexible hours including AM and PM shifts
