Job Requirements

  • must be minimum required age to serve and/or sell alcohol beverages
  • food handler certification within 30 days of employment
  • alcohol server certification required
  • background in restaurants or food service preferred
  • must have five-star customer service skills
  • excellent communication skills
  • good organizational skills
  • ability to quickly learn new tasks or technology
  • ability to work in fast-paced and varied environment
  • committed and flexible
  • outgoing, friendly and able to serve all kinds of people

Job Duties

  • prepare drinks using predetermined preparation standards and recipes
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
  • provide excellent customer service to all guests
  • manage inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • comply with all food and alcohol safety regulations
  • handle cash and credit transactions accurately
  • work flexible hours including AM and PM shifts
