Job Requirements
- Minimum age 21 or older
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Must possess or be able to obtain necessary bartending licenses or permits
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Knowledge of beverage and cocktail preparation
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
Job Duties
- Provide attentive, friendly and clean/sanitary bar service
- Pour beverages quickly and accurately from tap and cocktail shaker
- Guide guests through diverse beverage menu including draft selections and hand-crafted cocktails
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards of bar area
- Engage guests to ensure a positive experience fostering guest loyalty
- Collaborate with team members to support a dynamic and welcoming environment
