Job Requirements
- Must be able to pass exams with 90 percent or better in food and beverage categories
- Must be available to work both part-time and full-time shifts
- Ability to adhere to company dress code and hygiene standards
- Must comply with health and safety regulations
- Strong punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be 21 years or older

- Strong knowledge of cocktail preparation and beverage service

Job Duties
- Report for all scheduled shifts punctually in proper attire and adhere to health and hygiene standards
- Execute all cocktails according to provided recipes ensuring beverage consistency
- Accurately ring in all food, beverage, gaming, and event charges into the POS system
- Follow proper service standards timely and efficiently for every guest
- Receive, deliver, and replenish all food and beverage items to guests
- Maintain bar cleanliness, pre-bussing, and ensure the bar is visually appealing from the guest's perspective
- Generate accurate daily cash reports, sales reports, and record daily tips received
- Learn and maintain knowledge of food, beverage, and gaming equipment
- Build rapport with guests to create repeat business and increase sales
- Complete opening, closing, and running duties as assigned each shift
- Attend training sessions and team meetings as required
- Comply with company rules, procedures, and management requests
- Follow all health and safety guidelines and report any hazardous situations to management
