Job Requirements
- minimum high school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending experience preferred
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- strong customer service skills
- ability to handle cash and follow comp procedures
- knowledge of alcoholic beverages and cocktail recipes
- compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations

Job Duties
- greet guests in a timely manner
- take guest orders and serve food and drinks efficiently and accurately
- collect money while following proper cash handling and comp procedures
- place orders and garnish and serve cocktails
- maintain cleanliness and order of tables, slot banks, and work areas
- promote and maintain high level of guest service and respond to inquiries
- resolve guest complaints within authority or refer to management
- complete opening and closing duties including restocking and cleaning
- perform all other job-related duties as assigned
