Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum of 2 years bartending experience
- legal age to serve alcohol
- excellent customer service skills
- ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
- physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
- strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- working bar shifts independently or with the team
- maintaining an organized and visually appealing bar including coolers, prep space, work fridges, liquor room
- assisting in the creation of new cocktails
- maintaining stock of pars and keeping coolers stocked
- helping in crafting in-house bar items such as infusing, simmering, and dehydrating
- seeking out sales opportunities behind the bar and with guests in the dining room
- making regulars during every shift
- stocking, cleaning, organizing, and notifying management when inventory is low
- providing daily communication between bartenders and management on bar happenings, guest requests, and stock
