Job Requirements

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • minimum of 2 years bartending experience
  • legal age to serve alcohol
  • excellent customer service skills
  • ability to work flexible hours including nights and weekends
  • physical stamina to stand for long periods and perform manual tasks
  • strong organizational skills

Job Qualifications

  • prior bartending experience in a fast-paced environment
  • knowledge of craft cocktails and local spirits
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills

Job Duties

  • working bar shifts independently or with the team
  • maintaining an organized and visually appealing bar including coolers, prep space, work fridges, liquor room
  • assisting in the creation of new cocktails
  • maintaining stock of pars and keeping coolers stocked
  • helping in crafting in-house bar items such as infusing, simmering, and dehydrating
  • seeking out sales opportunities behind the bar and with guests in the dining room
  • making regulars during every shift
  • stocking, cleaning, organizing, and notifying management when inventory is low
  • providing daily communication between bartenders and management on bar happenings, guest requests, and stock
