Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years bartending experience
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly and cordially in English
- Compliance with all health, safety, and alcohol service laws and regulations
- Ability to sit, stand, walk, and use hands and arms regularly
- Vision abilities including close vision, peripheral vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment
Job Qualifications
- 3+ years bartending experience
- Strong passion for hospitality
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills in English

Job Duties
- Prepare, mix, and serve beverages for servers and guests in a speedy, efficient, friendly, and professional manner
- Maintain cleanliness of the bar area by disposing of waste, clearing and cleaning glassware, and wiping down surfaces
- Collaborate with management to plan and execute special events, promotions, and marketing initiatives
- Monitor drink preparation, presentation, and service to ensure adherence to quality standards
- Ensure responsible service of alcoholic beverages by not serving minors or intoxicated persons
- Engage with guests warmly to create a welcoming atmosphere and provide personalized service
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and internal policies, ensuring compliance and safe work habits
