Job Requirements
- high school diploma or g.e.d.
- minimum of 3 years high-profile service operation working in bartending
- minimum of 3 years experience in restaurant and bar or banquet service in a club or hotel
- knowledge of wine, beer, mixed drinks, proper service methods, glassware, and mixing procedures
- superior member service skills
- ability to maintain poise under pressure
- flexible availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- minimum age 21
- ability to stand for up to 8 hours
- ability to sit, stand, crouch, stoop and kneel as needed
- frequent bending and walking
- ability to lift or move up to 70 pounds
- positive attitude

Job Duties
- arrive well-groomed and on-time dressed in the appropriate uniform
- quickly make drinks for members and serve food and drinks to servers for delivery
- set up for events including moving bars, arranging alcohol and glassware, and cleaning bar areas
- keep the bar stocked and clean while providing friendly and attentive service
- review and set up sections/events ensuring all glassware and alcohol meet club standards
- possess complete knowledge of menus and answer member/guest questions graciously
- professionally present, open, and serve bottles of wine
- abide by all club policies and applicable laws when serving alcohol
- communicate any food or dining issues to food and beverage managers promptly
- follow club procedures for safe and sanitary handling and storage of food products
- assist in opening and closing duties for shifts and occasional dining set-ups
- treat all members, guests, and team members with respect
