Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in a bartending or customer service role preferred
- must be of legal drinking age as per state law
- capable of standing for extended periods
- able to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and holidays
- ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain cleanliness
- strong interpersonal skills
- able to handle multiple tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications

- previous bartending experience preferred
- knowledge of mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to handle cash and process transactions accurately
- understanding of state liquor laws
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- excellent communication and teamwork skills
Job Duties
- Make and serve drinks to guests and cocktail servers following established guidelines, procedures and policies regarding beverage and safety controls and prescribed by TTH standards
- perform all guest contact activities in a cordial, efficient and professional manner
- ring guest checks, collect cash and process credits and room charges in the exact manner outlined by TTH policies and procedures
- complete liquor requisitions and supply lists
- know and comply with state liquor laws
- ensure established pars are maintained
- perform all side work duties according to side work schedules
- other duties as assigned
