Job Requirements
- Must be able to stand, walk, bend, crouch, kneel and reach for long periods of time
- Must be able to lift, carry, push and pull up to 30 lbs
- Must be able to safely use a ladder
Job Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience in a high-volume environment required
- Availability to work weekends and holidays
- Experience using POS systems
- Excellent communication and guest service skills
- Strong teamwork skills
- Must be of legal age to serve alcohol
Job Duties
- Welcome guests to the restaurant and bar
- Share knowledge of the food menu and spirits, beer, wine
- Assist guests with PopStroke mobile ordering app
- Take and deliver food and beverage orders to restaurant, bar and golf guests
- Serve guests in the restaurant and golf course areas with outstanding attention to service and provide a memorable and fun experience
- Ensure cleanliness of all restaurant and food and beverage areas and gaming areas
- Prepare fresh garnishes for drinks, stock ice, glassware, flatware, and supplies
- Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels, rotating ingredients, labeling prep items, receiving supplies, and notifying manager of any shortages or discrepancies
- Comply with all safety and sanitation ordinances, and with all state liquor laws and regulations
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately, balance cash drawers, use POS system, and maintain security protocols
- Responsible for proper outdoor furniture and yard games storage
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and seamless service
- Work in both an indoor and outdoor environment
- Other duties as assigned
