Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to stand for long periods
- ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- must have legal authorization to work in the United States
- flexible availability including weekends, evenings, and holidays
- willingness to learn and take direction

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior bartending or related hospitality experience preferred
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktail recipes
- ability to upsell and recommend beverages and menu items
- flexible schedule including availability on weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Create, prepare and serve classic and innovative cocktails
- serve food from the regionally inspired menu
- engage with guests to enhance their experience
- upsell menu items to increase sales
- maintain proper use of equipment and ingredients
- handle basic cleaning duties in the bar and lounge
- work various shifts including AM, PM and weekends to cover all food and beverage areas
