- Must possess valid Food Worker Card
- Must hold current WA MAST (alcohol servers permit)
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Attention to detail and commitment to responsible alcohol service
- Ability to maintain clean and organized bar area

Job Duties
- Create welcoming experiences for every guest while processing payments and verifying identification requirements
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively address concerns including responsible alcohol service practices such as offering alternatives to intoxicated patrons and arranging safe transportation
- Craft signature cocktails, serve premium wines, and pour perfect drafts while maintaining expert knowledge of the complete beverage menu
- Execute efficient order fulfillment from both service staff and direct guest requests
- Prepare fresh garnishes and create visually appealing drink presentations
- Maintain immaculate bar environments and organize liquor storage using FIFO inventory management
- Monitor and stock all beverage supplies including glassware, garnishes, and bar essentials
- Ensure optimal equipment performance by conducting regular temperature checks and maintenance protocols
- Coordinate bar operations during peak periods while managing multiple priorities seamlessly
