Job Requirements

  • Must possess valid Food Worker Card
  • Must hold current WA MAST (alcohol servers permit)
  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Availability to work varied shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Attention to detail and commitment to responsible alcohol service
  • Ability to maintain clean and organized bar area

Job Duties

  • Create welcoming experiences for every guest while processing payments and verifying identification requirements
  • Anticipate guest needs and proactively address concerns including responsible alcohol service practices such as offering alternatives to intoxicated patrons and arranging safe transportation
  • Craft signature cocktails, serve premium wines, and pour perfect drafts while maintaining expert knowledge of the complete beverage menu
  • Execute efficient order fulfillment from both service staff and direct guest requests
  • Prepare fresh garnishes and create visually appealing drink presentations
  • Maintain immaculate bar environments and organize liquor storage using FIFO inventory management
  • Monitor and stock all beverage supplies including glassware, garnishes, and bar essentials
  • Ensure optimal equipment performance by conducting regular temperature checks and maintenance protocols
  • Coordinate bar operations during peak periods while managing multiple priorities seamlessly
