Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a similar role preferred
- Ability to manage cash transactions accurately
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow standard recipes and portion control
- Capacity to maintain cleanliness and organize bar area
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weights
- Must adhere to company grooming and appearance standards
- Knowledge of safety procedures and emergency protocols
Job Qualifications

- Prior experience in beverage service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to mix, garnish and present beverages according to standard recipes
- Proficiency in handling cash transactions and operating a point-of-sale system

Job Duties
- Serve beverages and/or food to guests in a friendly, courteous and timely manner
- Prepare beverages for other servers to supply to guests
- Act as cashier for the lounge handling cash transactions
- Greet guests in a courteous and friendly manner, promote and document orders for drinks
- Mix, garnish and present drinks using standard ingredient recipes and portion control
- Maintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar daily including requisitioning and stocking supplies
- Maintain stock, cut and store fresh fruit, vegetable garnishes, juices and perishables to ensure product quality
- Receive cash from guests, make change, verify charges, record charges and ensure vouchers are executed properly
- Lock up and store all beverages, food and equipment, deposit cash drops and secure bank
- Answer bar phone promptly and take room service orders courteously
- Input orders into register and create checks for guests, maintaining accountability of beverages served
- Perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures
- Follow safety and security procedures and rules
- Know fire prevention and emergency procedures
- Use protective equipment
- Report unsafe conditions, accidents, injuries, near-misses, property damage or loss to supervisor
- Maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance as per team member handbook
- Perform any related duties as requested by supervisor/manager
- Assist other beverage personnel when needed
