Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • previous bartending experience preferred
  • ability to stand for long periods
  • strong communication skills

  • willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends

Job Duties

  • Set up the mise en place for the featured cocktails
  • ensure bar is stocked up
  • inform manager when items run low
  • promptly greet guests as they are seated at the bar
  • clear bar area after guests leave, take tableware to dish room and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc. in appropriate areas for washing
  • respond immediately and appropriately to guest requests
  • communicate with server, host and Maître D to assure efficient seating, table utilization and guest service
  • thank guests as they are leaving
  • maintain a high level of personal cleanliness and immaculate uniform presentation
  • be a team player
  • help out fellow staff whenever possible
