Job Requirements
- Applicants must be at least 18 years of age to qualify
- ability to work evening and night shifts
- availability on weekends
- ability to walk, bend, and stand for extended periods
- comply with company operating standards and state laws regarding alcohol service
Job Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent (optional)
- well-developed interpersonal skills
- commitment to great guest service
- ability to meet minimum age requirements to sell and serve alcohol
- prior bartending or customer service experience preferred
- strong communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Serve food, alcohol, and other beverages
- maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked work station
- promote responsible alcohol sales and service and comply with all local regulations
- take food and beverage orders from guests and lane servers
- provide friendly and efficient customer service
- assist in maintaining the overall cleanliness of the bar area
- support team members as needed
